COVID Vaccine Eligibility Expands

The Governor announced that effective Thursday, January 14 individuals older than 65 and individuals between the ages of 16 and 64 with medical conditions defined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.  Individuals who are pregnant and those in an immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant are also eligible but should follow CDC guidance and first discuss vaccination with their medical provider before receiving the vaccine. Individuals can get vaccinated by registering for a vaccine on the NJ Vaccine Scheduling System, or by making an appointment at one of the designated sites.

Please be advised that, unless otherwise directed by the Governor, the State, County or Local Office of Emergency Management, the Borough Council of the Borough of Wrightstown will conduct all upcoming meetings via Zoom conferencing until further notice given the current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 health situation, the limitations imposed under the Governor’s Executive Order 210, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance when taking into consideration “social gathering” and “high risk” populations.  Please be further advised that the meetings will be open to the public and that members of the public wishing to participate may do so by joining the meeting click here or by dialing 1-646-558-8656 and entering the Meeting ID: 852 9449 0643 and Passcode: 627642.   Meeting dates are listed on the Wrightstown Events calendar on this website.  Copies of the meeting agenda and any resolutions or ordinances on the agenda will be published on this website no later than 24 hours before the meeting.  Formal, official action may be taken by the governing body at council meetings on any matters involving the Borough of Wrightstown.
